Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 June 2026

flows.land is built to be calm and quiet — including with your data. The app works fully without an account, and we never sell your information or track you across other apps and sites.

Who we are

flows.land (“the app”) is operated by Changes Work Ltd (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact max@changes.company.

Using the app without an account

You can use flows.land without signing in. In that mode we collect only anonymous usage analytics to understand which features are used and to keep the app working: anonymous event names (e.g. “session started”), a randomly generated anonymous identifier stored on your device, and your screen size. This data is not linked to your identity.

If you create an account

Signing in is optional. You can sign in with an email magic link or with Sign in with Apple (which may use Apple’s private email relay). If you sign in, we store, tied to your account:

Purchases

Subscriptions (flows.land Full) are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate purchase receipts and manage your subscription status; we store whether your subscription is active and its plan. We never receive or store your card or payment details — those are handled by Apple.

Service providers

We share the minimum data needed with:

We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.

Where your data is stored

Account and analytics data are stored on Supabase infrastructure in the European Union (eu-central-1).

Your choices

You can keep using the app anonymously, or sign out at any time. To access or delete your account and associated data, email max@changes.company and we will action your request.

Children

flows.land is rated 4+ but is intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app.
