Flows

A little help.

Flows is a focus app for iPhone, available as a free beta through TestFlight. It requires iOS 26 or later.

Install or update the beta

Open the beta link on your iPhone. Apple’s TestFlight app handles installation and updates. If TestFlight says the beta is full or unavailable, email us at max@changes.company.

A new tree with every flow

Each new session grows its own tree. Five focused minutes save the actual sapling you earned; finishing your chosen duration grows the full tree. Collected session trees stay in your grove and do not wilt. Older trees remain available with their earlier growth history.

Choose what the flow is for

Choose Work, Study, Create, Read, Reflect or Just focus from the activity cards on Home. Your activity and onboarding preferences help choose the next tree and world. The collection covers 25 kinds of trees.

Try a minute on the website

Choose an activity and begin a one-minute session on the homepage. Sound starts only when you begin. Pause or start over at any time; moving away from the page pauses your minute. When it ends, Keep this moment downloads a PNG keepsake. This small browser experience does not add time or trees to your iPhone history.

Share a film

On the completion screen, tap Share film. Flows makes an eight-second silent portrait video on the phone, then opens the system share sheet. Choose a destination or Save Video. You can cancel while the film is being made and try again.

If you leave the completion screen or put the app in the background during export, the unfinished export is cancelled. Return to the completion screen and keep Flows open while it finishes.

Sound and motion

During a flow, drag on the tree to shape the sound: left and right change the tone, up and down change its energy. Double-tap to return to the original mix. Tap the scene to reveal or dim the world and toggle the timer.

The app follows your iPhone’s Reduce Motion setting. With Reduce Motion enabled, the completion scene stays still. Focus pulse, timer visibility and haptics can be changed in Flows Settings.

Report a problem

Email max@changes.company with what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, iOS version and the Flows version shown in TestFlight. A screenshot helps when the problem is visual. Share only what you are comfortable sending.

TestFlight’s feedback tools are another way to report a beta issue.
